Welcome to my ePortfolio! As a professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, graduating with Latin honors in 2024 I have a passion for organizational health and positive change. My academic commitment has given me an authentic interest in leadership studies and helping professions. As a result, I have spent the past four years, devoting myself to studying and investing in my education. This journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of leadership theories, ethical decision-making, and effective communication strategies, preparing me for the next phase of my professional life. Looking ahead, I am committed to furthering my education by pursuing a Master's degree, with plans to commence my studies in  Fall of 2024 or by  Spring of 2025. My goal is to leverage my academic abilities and clinical experiences to make a significant and lasting impact in helping leadership roles and driving positive outcomes for individuals and organizations. As I embark on this new chapter, my passion for leadership, ethical decision-making, and continuous learning fuels my ambition to excel in roles where I can effect positive change and contribute meaningfully to the world around me.
